PUNK ROPE—

Mondays and/or Thursdays from 3:00-4:15

Punk Rope is a playful cross between recess and boot camp. It’s a combination of themed workouts, creative calisthenics, games, rope jumping, and raise-the-roof music. Punk Rope burns fat like there’s no tomorrow, but wait there’s more. It also improves: stamina | coordination | bone density | strength | balance. Classes led by Amie Hutchison of Youthlinks and Leila Percy, both members of the Rock Coast Rollers (also known as SK8 Plissken and Scarina when they’re playing roller derby). Classes are free and we provide the jump ropes. Bring water and be ready to play hard.
